These Terms & Conditions ('Terms') govern your use of the fv66 website, mobile platform, games, betting services, and all related features (collectively, the 'Platform'). fv66 is an online betting and casino platform designed for the Bangladesh market. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ('the User') and fv66.

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform. fv66 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and continued use of the Platform following such changes constitutes acceptance.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Minors — defined as persons under 21 years of age — are strictly prohibited from using the Platform, creating an account, or placing any bets or wagers.

fv66 operates as a safe and reliable platform applying SSL encryption and fair play standards. By using the Platform you acknowledge that online betting carries inherent financial risk and that you bear sole responsibility for any decisions you make while using fv66.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the fv66 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria. Failure to meet any single criterion may result in account suspension or permanent termination without notice:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. fv66 maintains a strict 21+ policy and may request government-issued identification to verify your age at any time.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, or partnership registering on behalf of multiple individuals.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• You must not be registered or attempting to register from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where fv66's services are restricted.

fv66 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point. Any account found to be in violation of eligibility requirements will be suspended pending investigation and may be permanently closed, with all pending balances reviewed according to applicable policy.

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) account on fv66. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or a false one — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any associated funds. You must use your real name, date of birth, and contact details when registering.

Required Verification Documents

• A valid government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash/Nagad account showing your registered mobile number).
• Any additional documentation fv66 may request to meet KYC obligations or to resolve a dispute.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. fv66 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. You must notify fv66 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. fv66 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your credentials.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the fv66 Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fv66 supports a range of local payment methods to make funding your account as convenient as possible for players across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, and the rest of Bangladesh.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no upper deposit limit per transaction, however fv66 may impose daily or weekly limits at its discretion.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned, subject to applicable processing fees.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional methods may be available — check the cashier page for the current list.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests may take 1–5 business days to process depending on the chosen payment method and any pending verification requirements.
• Withdrawals will be processed back to the original deposit method wherever possible. If this is not possible due to technical reasons, an alternative method may be agreed with our support team.
• fv66 reserves the right to request full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if verification is incomplete.
• Any bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived winnings before meeting the rollover requirement will result in cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

fv66 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion's own terms.
• fv66 reserves the right to withdraw or alter any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, including in cases where abuse, fraudulent activity, or technical errors are suspected.
• Welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositing users only. Any user found to have exploited bonus systems — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once — will have all bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time period specified for each individual bonus. Unfulfilled wagering requirements at the expiry time will result in automatic cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

6. Responsible Gaming

fv66 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We strongly encourage all users to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and to take regular breaks from gambling. • Money laundering, fraud, or any attempt to use the Platform for illicit financial purposes.
• Using software bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or odds.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, promotions, or referral rewards more than once.
• Any attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, infrastructure, or security systems.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the fv66 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of fv66 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, adapted, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of fv66.

fv66 grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit any commercial use, resale, or redistribution of Platform content without express authorisation.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

By using the Platform you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. We apply industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption and secure server infrastructure to protect your data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fv66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. fv66's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fv66 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible, and fv66 will not be held liable for losses incurred during Platform downtime.

11. Amendments to These Terms

fv66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised 'Last updated' date. For significant changes we will, where reasonably practicable, notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. fv66 encourages users to contact our support team in the first instance to resolve any dispute informally. If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be escalated through fv66's formal complaints process as detailed on the Platform. fv66 does not consent to the jurisdiction of any court that would require it to defend claims on a class-action or consolidated basis.
